DELHI REGION RELEASES ITI PROMOTION FOR 194... INSTRUCTIONS FROM CBDT ON RR EXPECTED ON MONDAY

Pr. CCIT,  New Delhi released Order for Promotions to the cadre ITI. These are issued basing on the old RRs. Out of 194 names, there are only 10 OSs and Steno Gr-III, the remaining 184are from STA cadre. i.e all the OS and Stenos cadres are exhausted. And the another wonder in the order is the candidate who has joined as TA in 2006 also became ITI.

The list is subject change on receipt of new RRs or Parmar Implementation.
The instructions for Recruitment Rules for all Group-B and Group-C cadres are expected on Monday hopefully.

In TN&P region, number of ITI posts to be filled through promotion is 330+. All are unlikely to be filled in one time .Around 200 will be filled at first and rest after new rr. It is learnt that this design has been suggested by union to prevent freshers getting promotion. Can we see any such employees union on earth which functions against the interest of its own members? It is high time for freshers to decide whether to continue or not as a member of this union.

sale union wale sabhi jagah aise hi kar rahe hain, unke bus me nahi nahi to new ladke log ko marwa dete. i requuest all new recruitees to reveal their secret property what they have taken by 2 number. so if union are not supporting us we should write letter to CBI, PM and other department ki Income Tax employees log ka property check karo jo ki crores me hain ...ITEF murdabad

Where is the Recruitment Rules for ITI?

In Tamilnadu charge, the admn is very transparent and has uploaded the list of Sr. TA and Stenographers who are considered for the post of Inspectors in the fourth DPC list for the panel year 2013-14. The details are available in the Department's website, 'tnincometax.gov.in'. Separate lists are prepared both seniority wise and by date of passing.
It can be seen that even T.As recruited in the year 1999, 2000 are doubtful of becoming ITIs now because of the huge number of qualified persons in Tamilnadu charge. In such scenario, there is no possibility of TAs of 2007 batch being considered for Inspector in the present panel. It is very regrettable that without understanding such basic facts, the Union is blamed through this blog.

Was there TA recruitment in 1999 & 2000?

In chennai, No seniority list has been published for last 3 years. As massive revamping is undertaken, Some of the charges published draft seniority list covering all employees and giving time to raise objections if any. That alone can be said as transparent, not merely publishing limited list saying these are persons to be considered for promotion. This generates suspicion in the minds of persons whose name is not found place in it. Having not published list for last 3 years and the needle of suspicion hanging in the minds of interested group , then it can not be said to be transparent.

ITEF, chennai in its recent tax worker magazine published names of 312 OS/STA as eligible candidates for promotion. 2007 TAs passed ITI exam are not far away, their name is likely to begin any where between 313o3 to 320, but intentionally omitted.

For Tamilnadu charge, 393 Inspectors were allotted in C.R. 2/3rd of this, i.e., 262 posts alone will be filled by promotion in panel year 2013-14, out of which, 3/4th only will be available for Sr. TA / O.S. 1/4th will go to stenographers (As per published list, 53 stenographers are waiting for promotion).
The consequential vacancies due to promotion of 103 ITOs (out of C.R) will be filled from 2014-15 panel. Only in that list, possibly Sr. TAs of 2007 may find a place.

I have heard that HRD has recommended to board that the promotion for 2013-14 and 14-15 should b done with old Recruitment rules and the file will b put up with CBDT tomorrow please enquire more

it is confirmed news that the cbdt has given his consent to conduct DPC as per old RR for V.Y.2013-14 i.e. CR post allotted.

However nothing is available till now.
It seems the blogs are just bogus and time-pass

Yaro Delhi mein 2006 batch ke TA now Sr. TA have promoted. Rajasthan mein union wale bolte hai 3 saal Sr. TA mein hona chahiye Aur to Admn. mein inspector dealing hand naye ladke ko promotion dene mein inlogo ki milibhgat hai. Union wale pahle inspector mein 2012 wale DPC mein apne siyaram ko revert nahi hone ke liye stay ka jhutha natak karta raha aur admn. uska saath diya ab ye log SP sharma ko ITO mein lane ke liye DPC nahi karne de rahe hai. Murdabad to ItEF and Admn. staff

It is the correct procedure.lot of litagation can b avoided.no order/amendmnt to rule can be retrospective.CR vaccancies arised for R Y 13-14 only.cabinet apprvl given stating promotion with existng rule and not waitng for any amended rule.no body shld feel at loss as this was following till now. The RR shld have been amended earlier.now it can be done for R Y 14-15.

replly to bogus and timepass comments... hello bhayaa... blog wale kya karte. it is administation indecisive and dilemma whether to follow new RRs or old RRs. The adminstattion itself never follow the timeily action.we should blame the admin and associaitons.

First you confirm whether CBDT has sent requisition to the SSC for recruitment of the newly created manpower inspector/EA etc or not. If CBDT has sent, on what basis it has sent. whether the recruitment rules are signed by the competent authority and got approved by the DoPT or not. If not for direct recruitees also, the old rules are applicable if the CBDT has sent requisition and if SSC advertised those vacancies.
