CR AND TG ON THE SAME LINES

The Chair Person of UPA has made it in her final session of Parliament and made it memorable and 'valuable' TELANGANA.
Here our Chair Person also seemed followed her. Our CP has demited her office today after clearing so many files. The files which are cleared already in the past, were disclosed only today.
Yes, it is official. She revealed so many things in her singning off message.
The message is too long and it is 11 pages long. She lined up all the tasks completed by her 9 months regime including Cadre Restructure.
For your comfortness, here I am reproducing the portion about the CR.
So friends, after the approval of the FM, the notification is expected in the 1st half of March and the next implementation process starts.
All the BEST.

SKEPTICAL DA MERGER NEWS..MERGING IS PART OF TERMS & REFERENCE

Whether the Cabinet has approved the DA merger of Central Government employees today's meeting ?
This is million doller question.
The actual story behind the DA merger is like this..
It is stated by the prominent news paper (Business Standard)'s web site, that the Cabinet has approved the DA merger and this news posted it its site at 2.14 pm. It spread like wildfire in all the Central Government employees sites and blogs. By 4.00 pm there was confusion among most of the employees. But at 4.15 pm the official website of Press Information Bureau, stated that "DA of additional 10% has been approved" and "Terms and Reference of VII Pay Commission" have approved by the Cabinet.
So, friends, it is evident that the 50 percent DA merger decision is not yet taken by the Cabinet.

BUT IT IS CLEAR THAT THE CABINET HAS DECIDED THAT MERGING OF 50% DA IS PART OF TERMS OF REFERENCE.

Technically looking, there is mention of DA merger in VI PRC report. So it constituted the VII PRC and handed over the matter to it. It indicates that UPA-II Govt only will see it been recommended by the VII PRC's interim report, before the Election takes place, and announces it.

CR & T-BILL.. TWO CHAIRPERSONS...ONE FLASH NEWS.

At last the Chair Person of UPA is at the fore front to see that creation of separate Telangana State and she has done it.

The Chair Person of CBDT wished to proceed to LTC at the verge of her retirement and at the crucial stage of Cadre Restructure. Whether the new Chairman has to take care of implementation after taking charge?
This is is the question till yesterday.

As posted in the earlier posts, it is stated in this site the CR is approved by the board and it is unofficial and unconfirmed news.

See friends, in fact the CR posts allocation was finalised at that time only. But one/two circles of ITEF strongly objected for their allocations and the ITEF Cental HQrs backlashed the process. Meanwhile the Board again kept the file away keeping in view the ongoing Agitation call and mis-cordination among ITEF representatives and lack of consensus in ITEF itself.
All these factors only lead to delay in the process and there is no major movements in the Board to report to the viewers.

The authors of this site, who are strived only to provide the available information to the IT family and doesnt have any other interests, are embarrased and vexed with the attitude of the Board and ITEF and have not posted any news for the last two weeks.

As the T State has become reality in February, IT Dept is going to see the reality of CR very soon  hopefully in the February itself. Some positve developments have taken place in the last week, probably with the active inteference of the Revenue Secretary, the CR file is moved. It is reliably known that our Chair Person has cleared the file yesterday. At present, Chair Person is out of station. The Order will be released only on 26th or 28th Feb 2014.

For so many known reasons, the IT family wish to implment the CR, which is cleared by the Central Cabinet in May 2013, immidiately.

The news and views expressed here are the reflex of the majority of the members and there is no other intention.

It is expressed in some Circle's sites, that the discussions are still unconclusive. We pray all the Circles of ITEF to welcome the implementation at the earliest for larger interests of the IT fraternity and not to create any further hundles.

VII PAY COMMISSION CONSTITUTED

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has approved composition of the 7th Pay Commission, which will revise the salaries of over 50 lakh central government employees. "The Prime Minister has approved the composition of the 7th Central Pay Commission," the finance ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.

Former Supreme Court Justice Ashok Kumar Mathur has been appointed as chairman of the Commission, with oil secretary Vivek Rae as full time Member. Rathin Roy (Director, NIPFP) will be part-time Member and Meena Agarwal (OSD, Department of Expenditure) its secretary.

Earlier in September 2013, the Prime Minister had approved setting up of the 7th Pay Commission.

The Commission has been mandated to submit its report in two years time and its recommendations would be implemented from January 1, 2016. The setting up of the Commission, whose recommendations will benefit about 50 lakh central government employees, including those in defence and railways, and about 30 lakh pensioners, comes ahead of the general elections.

The government constitutes Pay Commission almost every ten years to revise the pay scales of its employees and often these are adopted by states after some modification.

The sixth Pay Commission was implemented with effect from January 1,2006, the fifth from January 1, 1996 and fourth from January 1, 1986.
