ITEF AGITATION

Hi friends,

It is learnt that the yesterday's proposed meeting of the Board Members on Finalisation of Allocation of posts has not taken place. The reasons are unknown. But it is learnt that the meeting is postponed to Monday i.e. 27th Jan 2014.

As it is already said in the previous post the Allocation figures given are TO BE APPROVED BY CBDT, the ultimate authority. The chances for even minor change in the figures given in the previous post which is taken nearly six months to work out, are meagre. If at all, it is decided to be reworked again afresh it takes minimum one month again.

There are the reports from the states that the majority of the employees are not keen in observing the Agitation programme and every body waiting for immediate implementation what so ever.
Viewers make take liberty to deny the openion of the authors.

It is once again disclaimed to the viewers that  the news and views expressed here could not be authenticated or necessarily not in conformity with the actuals and you are requested to understand that these are expressed only in a optimistic view.

The sanction of working strength  of any  Region can based on the determination of Administrative CITs. Please observe in the above table the figures of West Bengal Region. After considering all the parameters like Revenue collections, work load etc. what other parameters are need to be considered for that Region ?  Is it a Special Region to be considered specially and separately. Is it deserve more than the others. We all Indians and all should have equal opportunities in all prospects.
In their letter dtd 20-1-14 addressed to the Revenue Secretary, if we search for any potential  or worthy reasons, we can only find the following....

-Vicious attempt of reduction in posts-Want Valued intervention of RS-Narrowing chances of promotions-Unable to give any assurance in higher revenue collections in future.......

Can anybody find any of the above reason is valid or rational? Dear WB comrades, think over your self.
