NRP WOULD BE IMPLEMENTED FOR ALL CADRES
Today the Board has issued a Revised Advisory in a FAQ format for uniform implementation of the revision of seniority lists in all Regions in the Country, in supersession of the FAQ's issued vide F. No. HRD/CM/220/14/ 2013-14.4275 dated 29th September, 2014.
Also the the Board has directed to complete the exercise of implementation of NR Parmar Judgment and conducting of review DPCs may be completed latest by 24 th November 2014.
The only one answer for which the JCA has objected earlier is now revised by the Board aftter clarification from the DOPT. Now the NR Parmar issue is applicable to the cadre of earstwhile UDCs and TAs also. It is deemed meaning that the NRP is also implemented in the cadre of Stenos and LDCs as these were the basic cadres of direct recruitment by the SSC.

Just one stupid mistake thru an false lie in the form of an affidavit by then then CCIT GUJARAT before S.C. in 93-94 case of DR ITIs of gujarat and every group C official of I.T. dept is suffering.

how can the Board issue contradictory advisories on the same issue ? very puzzling and causing much suspicion.

Bahut sare negative comments against the implementations of NRP in all cadres are being posted by various stupid fellows who are not belongs to income tax department. They belongs to other cen govt department or sometimes private jealous people who wants to disturb the cadre discipline of this department. They posts this comments out of envy and jealousy for not getting a job in income tax deptt. So avoid to read faltu comments.

In most Central government offices, NRP judgement based seniority for all cadres is being followed from the entry cadte itself. Check it up.
NRP will be implemented for all DR cadres, including ITI, TA, UDC, LDC & Stenos.
it is not for intercharge officials and as per rule intercharge will be below all DR and PR in any particular Recruitment year. As such in Bihar cadre also TAs who joined in the year 2007-08 was actually be required to placed in R.Y. 2006-07 i.e. from the date of requisition of vacancies 20.02.2007 and all intercharge officials are required to place below these officials in the seniority list. Then a review DPC is required for in the cadre of Sr. T.A. for fixing there fresh seniority ie.. above all intercharge ( At present they are above all T.A. joined in the R.Y. 2007-08. It time to come into action for all those affected official to bring notice to the administration above it.
What about dual seniority and giving seniority to unadvertised recruitment keeping in view Supreme Court other judgements in this regard.
How then NRP will be uniformingly implemented ?

Why the cadre of stenos & Ldcs are excluded in this order.... Are they not part of this deptt... These cadres are also selected by ssc and joins this deptt.. as direct recruitment...So it is seemed as partiality..with these cadres...If both the cadre will not be given the same benefit... then again litigations will come... and these cadres will be take stay against this stupid order...
N R Parmar decision is useful only to the cadre where PR quota is high and selection process takes time of 2-3 years. In steno no promotion quota and in LDC only 10% promotion quota. This 10% is also vacant normally due to ineligible group D availability for promotion. Friends, ITEF has created unnecessary pressure on CBDT and has thrown an axe on the legs of LDCs. You all should need to first understand Rota Quota system and DOPT OM of 1959 and 1986. Now nothing can be done and UDCs will get seniority over LDCs...

See, LDC is also DR like UDC & ITIs. Promotion quota of 10% is secondary. Between the date of examination and joining date, many inter-charge, Sports quota & compassionate grounds officials have joined. They should be behind the DRs. So, LDCs are also eligible when ITI & UDC are eligible. All DRs (including LDCs) seniority should be revised based on NRP.
is there any information over New RRs? by when they will get approved? Will the DPC for the recruitment year e convened over existing RRs or New? Plese share any ihformation

NRP is to give the seniority to the DRs before they born in this world.
U r wrong Mr 3:18 pm, NRP inter se seniority effect is given to a particular post or vacancy which was arises in a particular period of vacancy year. This system is being followed since inception in case of UPSC recruitees. Therefore Supreme Court gave the justice to SSC recruitees through NRP. Try to follow the language of SC judgement in a cool and patience way. Hope u must understand.
It seems that the intention to add DR UDCs & TA in addition to the DR ITIs leaving Stenos & LDCs into the NRP frame is to delay and non-implementation of the entire process.
One more clarification will be raised whether to include LDC & stenos and take it will take 3 or more months, by the time all will get promoted.
U r wrong Mr 4:22 pm, NRP case is to resolve the seniority issue where both DR and PR quota exists. But in stenos cases NRP will not be applicable because it only a DR cadre at entry level. There is no provisions of getting promotions to stenos grade-lll now it is converted to stenos grade-ll for direct recruitment. As for LDC cases the 10% quota system for promotions were remain vacant and later on the posts were abolished because At that time very rare people were promoted to the post of LDCs and promoted LDCs were retired long back ago or most were died. So implementing NRP in non existence LDCs post is a wastage of time. Taking in to the above data the CBDT and DOPT have taken best decisions to implement NRP cases in DR ITI, UDC, and TA cadre posts.
Sehi baat! DR MTS and DR Group-D pe bhi NRP implement karna chahije! ITEF should fight for the poor MTS. Driver logo ko NRP ka baat jab samajh mein ayega WO usi din se gaddi chalana chhod denge. NRP should be implemented in DR Driver cadre also.

NRP must be implemented in all cadre where there is DR, irrespetive of whether PR is available or not in that cadre or in the year. The rules must be applicable to all not to the selected cadre.
But implementation should be strictly as per the Supreme Court decision in NRP case which is not applicable to all DRs enmass but only which fulfill the condition as per NRP JUDGMENT
