The half baked CR implementatin likely to pass through one more crucial stage of Release of gazette notificaiton for jurisdiciton. It came to know that the draft jurisdiction was approved by the Board. Earlier it was sent for approval of DoLA, they raised some querries, and were complied by the Board after consulting the CCAs.
Now, the release of notification is inevitable. Even some of the charges like Mumbai and Bangalore etc wished to postphone the Notificaiton on some administrative grounds, the Board is inclined to release it and anticipating to gain fruits of CR in this year itself atleast to some extent. As the promotions were already effected in Pr CCIT cadre and in all Group B and C cadres though with excetptions of consenquetial promotions, the Board is keen in completing the Notification process this year itself. The notification exp ected to release in the month of November 2014 with effective date of 1st or 15th November 2014.
Another major event that is going to take place in a couple days which may have impact on effective date of notificaiton, is retirement of our Hon'ble Chairman, CBDT. Mr. KV Chowdhary, the present Chairman is going retire on 31st Oct. It is expected to extend the same Chairman for another 3 months. It is also came to know that he is going to CVC for 2 years term, if it is so, he has to resign to the present post two days before retirement. The matters of Notification and appointment of Chairman are expected finalisation in a couple of days.

Ha ha ha cruel joke with subordinate employees who r awaiting their promotion as new RR may be released. Another failure on the part of Rajgopalan n party who could not succeed.
It seems that new RR will be effected from RY 2015-16.
Consequent promotions will be effected in the year in which the vacancy arises.
In all the scenario the cadre of present AO OS are in the loosers boat b coz non comencing of dpc is giving them great loss. It is only due to itef chq. All these senior employees has done a lot for itef and its besharam chq leaders but they cheated these innocent employees. Shame upon chq
Leave aside d issue of promotions..cbdt promised 25k cr additonl revenue to GOI in fy 2014-15..it shud give notification atleast..any how all d best to k.v.chodhary sir..d best chairman deptt seen in d recent past..
The AO and OS (who has not passed the ITI exam) are the most inefficient employees of the department. By scratching their seat for a long time, they become AO & OS and putting hurdles for employees daily. Better to abolish the AO post.
These most inefficient person s become ITI N ITO. They run the sdmn. If they r real inefficient then there would no admn ddo etc. B coz peole lke u r busy everytime extortion of money from innocent general peole.
Brother perhaps it is not in your knowledge that most of the employees who opted the cadre of AO are have cleared the ITO exam but prefer the promotion as AO due to he present working of deptt. Perhaps now a days no work culture is there. Rather to becomes ito and conflict with current staff whose ambitions are like rocket but not willing to work , they prefer post of AO so that they can do their most work themselves.
90% of AOs are brainless only. I fully agree with the discussion above on against AOs.
In each cadre there are some exceptions and exemptions.
On oneside, TA/STAs not having basic computer knowledge, OSs not knowing to draft a letter, AOs having no knowledge on FR & SR.
On anotherside, ITIs lacking in communication and comprehending skills (especially new pattern ssc fully objective pattern delivered outputs) and ITOs with half backed knowledge in IT Act. These are exemptions. There are some exceptions also available.
This is the present day cadre composition. So all cadres are equally mixed with exceptions and exemptions. Pl. don't categorise any particular cadre as brainkess or useless.
Nothing can be generalizd. It depends upon person to person. As a Anonymous writing in Blog we should not forget that our Department is same.
GOD IS OUR LAST HOPE.....PL.SAVE US FROM THE ITEF LEADERS ...ACROSS THE COUNTRY.....
