BREAKING NEWS.......GAZETTE NOTIFICATION PUBLISSHED FOR ALL CITs
Today the Gazette notifications for all the four orders dated 22nd October 2014 were published in the Gazette of India. The four notifications consists of 398 pages (Hindi&English).
The four orders are,
1. Pr.CCIT/CCITs jurisdiction
2. Pr.CIT/CITs jurisdiction
3. CCIT(Exemptions) jurisdiction
4. Pr.CCIT/CCIT(Intl Taxn) jurisdicitons.
With this the role of at the Board level regarding jurisdiction is completed. Now only the Pr.CIT/CIT have pass their individual Notification for their Ranges/Circles/Wards.
All these orders/notifications are being done with effeictive date of 15th November 2014.

The notification to conduct parallel body of itef in nw circle is also taking place. A large number of employees are going to form the new body of I.t.employees. there will be no persona like present so called G.S. or Cir president. They are seeking affiliation from central level trade unions. One of the central trade association ectended their support.
From à reliable source! It is informed that the itef is going to be splited in to two sub associations! TA and St TA associations and another is Inspector Associations! This is a good symbol of Democracy! to get ones rights
Split of ITEF is the requirement of the day bacause the ITIs are only controlling the ITEF and obviously they will not think about the interests of the TAs and Sr TAs. They will only be concerned about their own interests.
Demandsoutstanding: Laptop to ITIs, increase in petrol allowance to ITIs.
Demands fulfilled: increase in grade pay from Rs.4200/- to 4600/ for ITIs.
What about demand of increase in grade pay for TAs from 2400/ to 2800/ ( comparing equivalsnt cadres in AG)
Most of official works in computer is done by TA/ STA, then why laptops only to ITIs. What are they going to do with that? Will they take over some of the work of ITO after getting laptop. Where is the justification for demand. Only justification is they are ITIs. Most ITEF leaders are ITIs.
Itef is already virtually divided into two one steno and other.iti. No place for TA, STA.
TA/STA are only just entered in the department or below 7 years of service whereas ITI have put more than 15 to 20 years of service and got experience of functioning of the department. If any capable person irrespective of the cadre come-forward to lead ITEF, he is most welcome. By experience and holding various position starting from E.C member one will become top leader and not directly to the top post. By that time naturally he will become an ITI. Whats wrong in it?
The basic question is neglect of TA/STA in getting fruit of the welfare measures. There are TAs with more than 30 yrs of govt. service in the dept and they know the dept better than..... . ITIs are at top position and they don't look back/down persons behind/below them and take care of them. That is only wrong thing. So, if cadre wise union is created the so called TA/STA union will have more strength and will have say in their demands.
If they entered in the service below 7 yr then what u think that they r fool. R yhey not employees of deptt.
Absolutely right. Our SG if from other then clerical cadre. Most of the circle have their leaders from iti cadre. Why the other cadres ruling ta or sta cadre. They only think about their cadres. Every ta sta must send communication to their circle leader n K P Rajgopal that due to your indifferent attitude towards ta sta we wants new union comprising ta sta cadres so that at gowhati conference he could not suceeds with his dirty policies
The problem is not iti or others. The problem is neglect of sta/ta cadres by the union leaders and their extraordinary bias towards auxiliary cadre like stenos. This is the only deptt in govt.of india doing like this. Sadly those who faced this problem while they working as sta/ta, forgetting their past once they become iti and back stabbing their juniors.
Stenos who have served the department for less than five years are been promoted due to totally ridiculous 25% reservation quota and our so called union is backing this cadre and TA/Sr.T.A cadre after having served for more than 10 years are still waiting for promotion. It is total injustice to ministerial cadre. fight for separate T.A./Sr.T.A. union break this union immediately no meaning of it.

The persons who are agree with above comments, stop paying subscription toward itef membership, first. Send the information to S.G., Com. K.P. Rajgopalan. Do not contribute by paying any amount for coming conference at Gouhati. The S.G. must be reminded that their are other cadres are oalso working in the deptt other than ITI/ITO and stenos. So many employees who have completed more than 10 years service have not got any promotion due to present RR or waiting endlessy for new RR. The SG again again doing false promime and again again betraying from his promise. Some comrades protesting that all is not in his hands. May I asked those comrades that if all is not in his hands, that what about the promotions of ITI and ITO. He is interesting in these promotions because they are main source of his funding.

What about dpc for ry 2014-15 for the post of inspector. Tell me any internal news. New or old rr
First they have to clarify about consequential vacancies.
