Wa wa wa ..........Kahan gaya N R Parmar judgement implementations! Sab bhul gaye.......
Income tax deptt ke staff log bahut pareshan ho gaye he promotion ko leke. Kuch ki ji ye modi Saab. Administration and association dono se Sab ka bharosa uth gaya hai.
By way of cadre restructure, new posts r created. They r not vacancies but they r newly created posts with a condition that these shud b filled by way of model RRs. These posts r being seen as vacancies instead of treating them as new posts or created posts for a purpose with a specific method of filling. Generally, the RRs r approved by a Minister of a particular Ministry whereas the condition ( to fill the CR posts by way of model RRs ) was put by whole of the Union Cabinet while approving the Cabinet Note for the proposal of cadre restructure of IT Deptt. When we r accepting n trying to enjoy the new posts created by Cabinet, is it not the duty of everyone in the deptt to respect Cabinet decision? Therefore, it is only appropriate on the part of CBDT or Deptt of Revenue to fill up new posts created by Cabinet in the manner they wanted them to b filled up.
