CBDT CONSTITUTES COMMITTEE FOR RECRUITMENT RULES AND PROMOTIONS
It seems the Delhi Circle JCA's agitation programme effected the Board. The CBDT in the last week has constituted a four members committee to examine the demands
of Income Tax Employees regarding recruitment and promotion issue. The
committee headed by Jt. Secretary(Admin), Finance Ministry, Shri S. K. Lohani
will submit its reports by July 18 and on the basis of the committee’s
recommendation the CBDT will take a call regarding long pending demands of the
employees.

jai ho delhi region. As the region got plenty of posts in the CR, they should fight for the welfare of employes in other regions as well. They have many advantages like location etc in respect of expressing their/our demands more effectively. If all the employees in the Delhi region come together and shout at the administration, that will create resonance upto the chambers of PM n FM.
what will be the fate for the RY 2014-15 DPC from STA to ITI promotion? where it will as per the existing recruitment rules?
In Bihar charge Stenos who joined on 01.06.2009 and after and at present in Grade pay Rs2400/- passed dept. exam of ITI in 2012 and after have been promoted to the grade of ITI (Rs.4600 grade pay)(even not completed 5 years service. On the contrary Senior Tax assistant who joined the department on 27/12/2007 and in the grade pay Rs4200/- since 2010 and passed the dept. exam of ITI on 2009 are still waiting for promotion to the grade of ITI. It is all due to this 25% quota to stenos. Stenos are enjoying this since long, shame for the ministerial cadre for excepting this injustice. I want to ask a question to all of you that if any Steno is not eligible for promotion to the Grade pay Rs 4200/- due to less qualifying service of five years, How can they are promoted to the grade pay Rs4600/- in bihar?????
Due to faulty RR of ITIs.
Steno Gr III with G P of 2400 is considered for the promotion for the post of EA but the staff car driver Grade II with GP 2400 is not considered even if he has acquired requisite educational qualification for direct recruitment of EA
The employees of West Bengal region have been agitating for biased allocation of posts in the CR but nobody has given attention.Whereas Delhi region who has got maximum posts is successful in their agitation. Shame! Shame! ITEF Bengal Region.
But what about the DPC for R.Y. 2014-15 to ITI?
Whether the DPC to ITI for R.Y. 2014-15 will be held as per old RR or new RR?
DPC to ITI for the R.Y 2014-15 will be held on new recruitment rule only. Because if it is not implemented now then for the R.Y 2015-16 only it can be implemented.
Mr. Ajith kumar old recruitment rules was adopted for the RY 2013-14 only because of the favour of Stenos. If new/model recruitment rules would have been followed, then stenos would not have got promotion like this. Hence, like Hyderabad all have to approach CAT for implementing model recruitment rules as approved by cabinet for the RY 2013-14 itself.
Finally in NER, DPC for the RY 2013-14 for AO/PS and IIT was held today on 14.07.2014
wht is of constituting committee aftr giving away bulk of posts wid old r.rs..this is again drama to fecilitate old r.rs for 14-15 also..n also to overcome hyd cat interm order..the most powerful persons in d dept are stenos only backed by itef..its reminding me d days of colonial rule.first v requestd new r.rs for 13-14 n they deliberately avoided n .now they forcing us to request new r.rs for atleast 14-15..but definitely 14-15 also go wid old rules .. i doubt the 2008 batch t.as wont get iti post till 2025 if it is go like dis..

AY2013-14 vaccancies out of CR included in SSC2013. Around 1500 ITI likely to be selected through SSC 2013 and likely join the depatment in 2017-18 (after completion of all formalities)will be placed in the seniority list of 2013-14. So, in future the chances PRs becoming as ITO are rare, same is the case with PR-ACs. Maximum promotion to DR ITIs will be AC/DC. So my dear DR ITI friends, same is the treatment for u becoz u r also PR. When things look not in favour u cry, when it suits u start singing rock DR rock. Remember one thing, currently minimum entry level qualification from TA to AC is graduation. SO AT ENTRY LEVEL ALL ARE EQUALLY QUALIFIED, ONLY LUCK AND NUMBER OF VACCANCIES IN A PARTICULAR YEAR SELECTION PROCESS PLAYS MAJOR ROLE.
In CGL more the number of vaccancy more the chances of getting ITI. When vaccancy decreases only very high cutoff candidates are likely to get ITI, others may have to end up in TA. So getting ITI itself doesn't mean that the person is superior to others in competition. Even starting the exam with a complicated question may also result scoring less. So competitive exam is a parameter used for rejecting the candidate rather in the name of selection process. So DRs u r not someone extraordinary, only some extraordinary situations made u to become DR.

under process. It will be finalized in the year 2015-16 or later. Accordingly, the RY 14-15 will also be considered and promoted WITHIN this year and WITHOUT the NEW R.R.
if u fail to get iti post in cgl dont worry..even u r not a graduate no worry..just write stenographer exam..with in 3-4 yrs u will bkam iti..its a green channel..
but stenography is not so easy it is an art every person shall not become heros/painters/dancers. only few will become. First of the new recruitee TAs/ITIs should know what is stenography how they will written, what is the importance of stenography, how hard it is, whether every person can learn short hand why the few are becoming stenographers, what is the back ground of short hand. just you ask your elders - how it is useful and then comment
Now, it is not necessary that one should know shorthand for stenography. See the stenos recruited 2 years before. They are not qualified the skill test as prescribed by the SSC, but they were recruited in the department. They will not be made permanent unless they qualify the skill test conducted by SSC. But the department has allowed them to write the departmental exam. How is it possible? All because they are stenos.
No rules. NOTHING.
It is ITEF that matters.
Also what matters if you are nephew or niece of somebody.
after gross violation of cabinet approval, the cbdt looking at back door solutions to save the skin. Perhaps they have not expected this. All the affected senior tax assistants are requested to approach grievance cell in pmo and cabinet sectt. Let modiji, know this saga. When a third of vacancies in the cadre of exe.astt earmarked for DR, how come they change it to thier whims and fancies? Already some unemployed youth in kolkata complained to grievance cell. Jai hind.
IT IS SHAME TO SAY THAT ITEF HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH IS SUPPORTING THE STENOS FOR PROMOTION TO ITI WITH OUT HAVING ANY BASE RULES AND NEW RR. MOST OF THE SR.TAX.ASST'S WERE BEHIND THE STENOES EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE JOINED IN THE SERVICE AFTER THE SR.TAX ASSISTANT. ITEF SHOWING PARTIALITY AMONG THE STAFF IN THE DEPARTMENT. IT VERY SHAMEFULL THE ITEF, HYD.
