Recruitment Rules for ITIs and EAs
The Recruitment Rules for ITI and EA cadres are expected to be released tomarrow. It is came to know that the RRs are pending approval at DOPT. The CBDT is about release the Ad-hoc RRs for these cadres to facilitate the administrative exigencies.

As per the news in the air so far, the number of vacancies reported in the CGL 2005 pertaining to the RY 2005-06 is only 5 vacancies. The same is even considered in the submissions given by the Promotee parties before the High Court of AP.
How ever the facts are like this......
As a matter of Government policy, there is a ban on recruitment of ITIs and other posts. But in the year 2006, the ban was lifted and the vacancies arised in the past years were started filling up. So the CBDT has made requisition for 58 posts pertaining 2001-02 in the month of December 2006 and another 759 vacancies pertaining to 2002-03 to 2005-06 for the consideration of CGL 2005 notification. The final requisition for the total posts of 817 was made vide its letter F.No.OA-12021/3/2006-Ad VII dtd 20.02.07.
The above facts are considered and confirmed by the CCIT(CCA), Mumbai.
Another flash news is the Mumbai CCIT has rightly interpreted the true meaning of Parmar Case Judgement and DOPT OM dated 4-3-2014. Thus for all the 817 posts, the seniority would be considered in the RY 2006-07. The seniority of the DRs as said in the Apex court judgement was considered even to the SSC Notifications prior to 27-11-2012. The CCIT has prepared the Revised seniority lists of ITIs considering in the same lines for CGL 2006,2008,2010 also as under:

The CCIT has circulated the revised seniority list and he directed all the existing ITIs to submit their objections/discrepancies, if any, latest by 30-4-2014.
Interestingly the Direct Recruit UDCs also getting ready for implementation of NR Parmar judgement for their cadre to compensate the loss for them. In some of the States, they have already filed representations and in other states, they are preparing for filing petitions before Courts.

during the meeting of all Addl.CsIT (H.Qrs)convened on 15.04.2014 at New Delhi, the Board has provided all the Addl. CsIT (H.Qrs) details of letters of requisition sent to SSC for all the cadres from vacancy year 1986-87 and onwards (2001-02 in the case of TAs) in tabulation form. According to the said details DRs of 2005 are to be assigned seniority with reference to Recruitment Year 2006-07. The Board has directed all the All Addl.CsIT (H.Qrs.) to prepare seniority lists accordingly.
Recruitment of Unadvertised posts is unconstitutional and illegal. Please refer decision of Renu kumari - supreme court. 812 DR ITSs in 2005-06 have no scope to continue in the government service.
new recruitment rules are injustice to those who have passed the iti departmental exam earlier. i will go in cat/ high court against these rules. you also follow the same
new RRs will stop the anomalous promotions juniors. The proposals are good and will do equal justice to all.
when notification is passed why it is published in only up and Bihar why not other states?
it is purely denying opportunity for aspirants of other states. it is the mistake and back door entry only. as per renu & others supreme court says all back door entry should be cancelled.
Dear direct ITIs what a mess u have created by such a litigation. U will be benefitted for a short while in the long run u will be worst sufferer as u were also promotee on later on stages and your junior AC will be put forth u. Just think what u gained. U just harmed the innocent promotee staff who are waiting since long for their promotion and due to u they are getting retired without any promotion. Kisi ka bura karne se kabhi apna bhala nahi hota.
sab kuch 86 wale OM ke hisab se ho raha tha. Case N.R. Parmar ne file kiya tha and he was a promotee for your kind information.
