GUJARAT AND MUMBAI BECAME FIRST TO RELEASE ITO PROMOTION ORDER ON NRP LINE
GUJARAT:
Yesterday Pr.CCIT, Gujarat releaed ITO prmotions orders. Two promotion orders for ITOs one is Reviewed list of ITO with 56 name and another is Supplimentary list of ITOs with 106 names. And it is stated the seniroty is subject to change due to refixation of seniority of lower cadres from 1986.
MUMBAI:
Today Pr. CCIT, Mumbai, today released ITO promotions order. The list contains 237 names for RY: 2013-14. All these promotions are released after circualating the seniority list as per NRP in the ITI cadre and alter disposing all the pending objections.
It is known fact that NRP implementation since 1986 is on the way in vaious other regions viz. Delhi, Kerala, Rajasthan, Nagpur etc.

Bad luck to unlucky promotee! U r alone! There is no cbdt, no itef, no itgoa, no dopt and nothing. All individual charges are became autonomous body. CBDT has not control over them. PR CCITs are became more powerful than chairman and members of the CBDT. Recent instances going on in different states proves that. Faith on god not human beings.

INSPECTORS NOT IN CASE OF PROMOTTEES. MATTER IS STILL IN CAT AND HEARING IS FIXED ON 10.06.2014. PR.CCIT.HAD REJECTED TTHE OBJECTIONS OF PROMOTEES STATING THAT OM DATED 04.03.3014 HAS BEEN TAKEN IN TO CONSIDERATION FOR REVISE THE SENIORITY AND HE HAS FOCUSED ON WORD APPLICABLE INTERPRATATION. THE QUESTION IS THAT APPLICABLE INTERPRETATION AT THE TIME OF FIXATION OF SENIORITY OF DR.INSPECTORS AND DR. UDC OR LDC WAS DIFFERENT WHEN IT WAS FIXED IN 2003. DID DOPT OR CBDT OR CC CCA WAS GIVEN DIFERRENT INSTRUCTION TO FIX SENIORITY ON DIFERRENT PATTERN?
appplicable interpretation in 2003, is not the same for all casdres of ITI/STA/TA ? how can it be. interpreation would be same for cadres. Only thing is it is very easy task to implement from 2005-06 batch that too only for ITI cadres. The stand taken by the CCIT is for his convinience and obyeing the Board direction and at the same implementing partiaally and througing the others into courts for whom large task is involved, and planning safe retirement.
Sahab..Fight was there for implementation in ITI cader..to which the ITEF and PRS were opposing...and hence there was delay of 20 months (approx)...Implementation was never opposed in other cader by DR ITI...Now its Done and a strong slap to the Useless Admin & Union which was delaying it...

Now what is the news about RY 2014-15 as it has already been delayed due to CR.
When the CABINET has approved the note submitted by the Board for cadre restructure in 2013 where in it was mentioned that the cadre restructure posts may be filled in accordance with DoPT's approved draft recruitment guidelines ie the feeder cadre for post of inspector was mentioned as "Executive Assistant". The questions here is when the Cabinet secretary approved the note submitted intoto by the CBDT in 2013, how the Chairman can again change by instructing all the CCIT's to fill up the inspector post according to old existing recruitment rules. Is it not violating the Cabinet secretary by the CBDT. So, first do cadre merger into one post ie EA (executive assistant) as done in 2001 ( HC-STA, Assistant-STA, TA-STA, UDC-STA & DEO gr.B/c-STA). Without merging all the cadres into EA as proposed/acepted by the cabinet secretary in 2013, if any promotion to Inspector with the old patern, then it is nothing but overlooking/oversiding the cabinet secretary ie equalent to Prime Minister.
Dear collegue, cabinet apprvd CR for promotion all post w/out waitng amendmnt to the ModelRR (i.e existng RR)issued by DOPT and not the Draft RR framed by Dept.Draft RR to be apprvd by DOPT and to be publishd in Gazatte.From that date RR get amended.Hence thre is no overlooking from the part of CBDT.furthr the vaccancy apprvd by Cabinet is for RY 2013-14 in that year existng RR was follwing.Hw can b two diffrent RR for the same RY?

The Hon'ble PrCCIT Mumbai has declared him self as the only law interpreter in the India and all other PrCCIT's who have implemented NR Parmar implementation to all cadres they have no knowledge of law at all. Can the highly self proclaimed law implementer now sue the CBDT and Mr Madhu Sharma for instructing all the CCA to implement to all the cadres? God save this sycophant.
