BOARD MATTERS...... JUST RELAX...
There is a mutaion in the Board's attitude in the recent times..It seems itz outdoing the old system. Is this is the result of New Gevermnent ?
In a recent letter, the Board has expressed its displeasure in the 'personal' visits of certain officers to the CBDT, New Delhi on superficial grounds. It observed that certain officers are visiting CBDT personally only for submitting the proposals to the Board and that too without any prior intimation. The officers were conveyed that such visits not only result in wastage of
time of officers but also lead to undesirable expenditure incurred on tour. 'It is
reiterated that the proposals and the requisite information may strictly be sent by post
and the soft copy of the same may also be sent by e-mail. At present, there is no need
for personal visits' ........ the Board is outmatching itself...... a good development.

The Department is replacing the IBM by TCS for Data Sevices Contract for transiton of the Hardward of Data Centre. The conference is to facilitate the users of tha Applicaiton on various issues surfacing from the new Migration.
ITI promotions in Mumbai Region.

Only discussion no result, it is shameful advance increments decision is pending for last 8 yrs, even than we foolishly expect something positive and how can we work with so frustration.
It is really a shame for us that cndt and itef (k p rajgopal) are not bothered about the cadre of os. Only this cadre got nothing ftom C.R. all of sudden cbdt announced their decision to conduct dpc of 2013_14 on the basis of old R.R. it is very painful to see all this rubbish. If u r listening mr. K. P. Than do somthing. Pls feel yhe pain and agony of the sr.officials who r on the verge on retirement.
Whether steno gr-2 eligible for inspector promotion. Anybody give clear information about this matter.
The CBDT must give instructions for filling up of vacancies for V.Y.2014-15 immedialtely. If clear vacancies are available and eligible candidates are waiting for promotion , how can they stop filling up of vacancies. It appears that even for getting increment, one has to file petitions before the Court. It is not understood why this is happening? The CBDT should have given instructions for V.Y.2013-14 and 2014-15 simultaneously since vacancies are there for both the years. Since the new Recruitment Rules are not yet released, the posts relating to V.Y.2014-15 should be filled up with old RRs immediately.
Any devlopement with regaed to 2014-15???
New rr is going to realese before august. Next dpc for vacancy year 14-15 going to be held before 15 august

ITEF CHQ is insisting on new RRs which provide 3 years qualifying service as EA for ITI. New RR is nothing but only to debar TAs from promotion to ITI. ITEF CHQ is rightly protesting the interest of its members????....sameful....
Moreover, New RR for EA (OS+StenoI) and (Sr. TA +Steno 2)are merged. Then a Ministerial candidate will also be promoted to PS. What a foresight???
