KERALA CHARGE RELEASED ITO,ITI AND OTHER CADRES PROMOTIONS
Yesterday Pr. CCIT, Kerala released promotions for 22 ITOs, 65 ITIs and other cadres also. That is the only charge smothly and amicably giving all the promotions without any litigations. In all the orders a condition is laid down 'promotions of the above officials are likely to be reviewed upon finalizing the draft seiniority positons of various grades circulated vide this office letter in FNo... dated 22.5-.2014 in compliance with NR Parmar case..

the charges who have not complied with Board's instruction and deviated from compliance of NRP would have to revisit to refix the seniority.
MoF has issued instruction in this regard on 6-6-14.
Instruction in this regard on 6-6-14 is available in ITEF, kerala website
Thanks to the uniform instruction on NRP dated 6.6.2014. Now, banglore ccit will be forced to withdraw/ revisit his memorandum dated 30.05.2014
