CR UPDATES
It is learnt from the reliable sources and from the close associates of Ministry of Finance, that the CR file is vetted by the Fianance Minister and the same is returned to the CBDT for further action. The source is of the news, independent to any other site. Next process of implementation, i.e. issue of Notification is expected in a week's time. This can be treaed as almost confirmed news but not 100 percent, since, it is to be officially confirmed by the CBDT only.

Ye JCA kaha se aagai aaj,two days strike hui tab JCA kaha thi,Ye Hamare central leaders se pucho, hum saru se kahte hai central leaders CR Ko nahi lagu hone dege,dhire dhere yesa hi kar rahe hai ,ab chairpersonCBDT ne final karne ke bad fir Revenue Secretary Ko letter likhkar rukawat dal di, leaders hamare welfare ke liya hote hai ya hamara nuksan karne ke liya.koi to inse pucho kuch saram karo,jo retire ho rahe hai unki sochlo,Mary sabhi Circle Sec.se anurodh hai ki kuch interfare karo or inka chehra benakab karo,ek sal se inki bat hi nahi CBDT se ,bhagwan inko sadbudhi de or CR final ho jae, hey bhagwan leaders ka kalyan ho
ask the JCA comrades to publish their regionwise allocation they have agreed to, on which there is all out approval. Then they can show the difference in what they have recommended and what is imposed upon by the Board. If the allocation is very much on the lines of what JCA has finalised, then whether prior approval or meeting for consultation was held is irrrevalant. THe JCA should see the fruit it gets and not who serves it. IT IS ONLY EGO. And if there is a major difference then the ITEF and ITGOA unit should first raise the issue at National Level and all other units if agreed upon on the injustice meeted out, go for an agitation, but I very much doubt such a situation is the real fact. This will be only an eyewash to justify the incompetence of the National Leaders. PLEASE COME OUT WITH THE FIGURES alongwith the Call for agaitation, so that all members can see the facts and transperancy of the regional leaders and national leaders. If after going through the JCA proposed allocation the members feel justified, then everybody will support the call. ELSE ONLY GOD KNOW the outcome of the CR ......

where is shri purushothaman. nothing is written by him for last couple of days. Is he fed up with the cr exercise

The DoPT Om 4.3.2014 has no sanctity and it was prepared just to take a plea before the Supreme court that by telling that we have accepted the judgement and as if all the states have already followed strictly to the DoPT OM 3.7.86 and as there may not be required to review in accordance with NR permar case. But the DoPT again went into back ie DoPT OM 1959 which was already struck down by the Supreme court and then only the DoPT has issued OM 2.7.86.Before issuing any OM the DoPT should approach the solicitor general of India as these OM are to be followed by 180 central govt departments EXCEPT DIFFENCE DEPTT.
same is the case of ITEF.AP Dissolve it. It is useless association anti Members, Pro administration. Sack this association.

The CR file is still with Revenue Secretary who wants video presentation(???). When did the FM approved CR allocation???. Don't spread rumors dear blogger.
