PONGAL WISHES

Hi friends,

We wish all the members a very happy PONGAL.

Things are going smooth and this month is going to be crucial for all the Central Government Employees.

There are three good things to be take place by this month end...

One is.. CR to be implemented most likely by this month end at any cost. The DG HRD jumped in to resolve all the issues pertaining to Allocation of posts to various Regions. Allocaiton is the main reason behind the delay of the CR implementation. He is personally visiting the problem raised places trying to sort them.

The second one is ... The implementation of NR Parmar case judgement which will benifit all the DRs of all the cadres. Yes, the  HRD is in pursuation with the SSC to procure all the relevent and exact data since 1-3-1986.

The third one is.... Constitution of VII Pay Commission.. In September this year it is announced by the FM with the consent of the PM. And in December Winter Session of the Parliament, to make it clear  and authenticate it, the second crucial step is taken, i.e. Allotment of Rs.3.5 cr as Demands for Grants towards VII CPC. So, the constitution of the Commission will take place by this month end.
