The sanction of working strength  of any  Region can based on the determination of Administrative CITs. Please observe in the above table the figures of West Bengal Region. After considering all the parameters like Revenue collections, work load etc. what other parameters are need to be considered for that Region ?  Is it a Special Region to be considered specially and separately. Is it deserve more than the others. We all Indians and all should have equal opportunities in all prospects.
In their letter dtd 20-1-14 addressed to the Revenue Secretary, if we search for any potential  or worthy reasons, we can only find the following....

-Vicious attempt of reduction in posts-Want Valued intervention of RS-Narrowing chances of promotions-Unable to give any assurance in higher revenue collections in future.......

Can anybody find any of the above reason is valid or rational? Dear WB comrades, think over your self.
Feel free to drop your comment. We welcome all the viewers ITD family for their  valuable comments.
